I love making. I feel exuberant joy when a ring is finished. My other work is in performance and theater where the measure of success is not so easily identified. Waking up and working in my studio is fulfilling and I hope that joy is passed along to you.
My aunt and uncle were the first professional artists I had known. They taught me silversmithing techniques at a relatively early age and I haven't stopped making rings since. Theater and performing is a very social and external art but jewelry making is intimate and solitary. I love this, and have found a complimentary balance between the two. I have performed for 13 years as a Blue Man, I have traveled the world performing hand shadows but I enjoy coming back to the studio to craft tiny special things that I can devote all my attention to. My jewelry is an expression of gratitude to the person who buys it. Every piece is handmade by me in solid gold or silver. Please contact me anytime and we can discuss the ring of your dreams. I can use your sentimental gold and/or stones.
